FINDS is an output-oriented research center. The scientific work is grounded in sound academic research but with the ultimate goal of developing systems that will positively impact the security and improve our nation's capabilities in digital forensics. As a result, our research portfolio will be strategically cultivated to include a range of projects that will have tangible impact on the way that DoD agencies, security professionals, businesses approach digital forensics problems. FINDS is equally committed to providing resources that also assist policymakers and regulators approach cyber-infrastructure resiliency, digital asset protection, and incident response.
